12^th January 2004 Email from Honourable Rod Welford MP, Attorney-General and Minister for Justice acknowledging that the Premier has also referred my 5th January 2004 email to him. Mr Welford is in error in suggesting that I am requesting a change in age of consent law. The age of consent is already a very reasonable 16 for all men and women – but it’s the removal of the Sodomy Law that needs his particular and urgent attention.
